Founder and Principal
I launched Sarah McNeil & Associates in 2011 with the goal of working with great people on meaningful projects.
After 20 years of collaborating with some of the world's most recognizable brands, I aspired to bring that experience to bear for my own team and clientele. Five years later, I'm thrilled to find myself working with (and learning from) some of the most talented professionals in the industry.
Prior to launching Sarah McNeil & Associates, I was a Senior Principal at Carmichael Lynch Spong (CLS), a creative advertising agency headquartered in Minneapolis. In that role, I led the Technology, B2B and Social Media practice groups. I was the agency lead for clients such as Sherwin Williams, Power Bar, CamelBak, Electra Bikes and Noodles & Company.
Before CLS, I spent nine years as a Senior Vice President at FleishmanHillard, where I led the agency's technology and B2B practices, working with brands like CommVault Systems, Imation and Fair Isaac (now myFico.com). During this time, I was honored to receive the agency's highest employee honor - the John D. Graham Award - which recognizes exceptional client service, team leadership and collaboration.
